INFRARED LAMP USAGE

Our infrared lamp devices are intended for personal use only. Please read all instructions carefully before use. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions. Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Used devices may be returned within 14 days if defective. Please contact us at hello@velene.com to initiate a return.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Velene is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
